Alpha Omega group consists of a team of very experienced partners, associates and affiliates with hands on experience in managing and building businesses in a plethora of industries.  The Alpha Omega team has been able to diversify its partner network into a wide range of related businesses to sustainably help improve People, Planet & Profit. 

We are holding a strategic position as interface and as a central hub, connecting parties as well as increasing access to sustainable resources and solutions for our project partners. Our aim is to create multiple positive impacts and visibly improve the well-being and quality of life for the target groups and stakeholders associated with our project.

Alpha Omega Holdings Inc.  is an International holding with a centralized control comprising different multisectoral divisions some of which will be operating as autonomous legal entities as part of specific alliances.

The governance structure is design in a way that business partners within the group of companies have input into the chosen strategy and business management, to ensure consistency and alignment across the different divisions and business models within Alpha Omega Holdings Inc.

Alpha Omega Europe is a strategic business consultancy company bringing together significant and specific expertise through a strategic network of partners. We engage in sustainable projects which aim to eliminate poverty and resolve social, economic challenges in developing countries.

Some of the key functions of Alpha Omega Europe is identifying and validating both sustainable innovative solutions as well as prospective partners on the European continent, to strengthen our network of consortium partners and to broadening the integral strategy and approach to contribute to the development of our partner countries in Africa to become self-sufficient and self-reliant.
